A stuck Pak Super pocket is not fixed by a chat file
A failed install, a missing SMS, or a payout that stays pending is handled in the Pak Super app if you have it. This kit cannot see the case, and a chat file is not a repair.

There is no field for a code, a PIN, or a card. Seeing one means leave.
Account repairs go through the app.
